Mrs. Mary Anthony Chiwar was born on the 27^th September 1961 from Madagali Local Government Area of Adamawa State. She obtained her First Degree (BLS) from Ahmadu Bello University, Zaria in 1986, and her Second Degree (MLCS) from University of Maiduguri in 2010. Has received the rank of Chief Librarian and was appointed the Polytechnic Librarian from October, 2020 to date.
