  • Supervise salary administration, allowances and other entitlements of staff
  • Facilitates interpretation and implementation of approved establishment rules, regulation and condition of service
  • Handles transfer of service, resignation, withdrawal and retirement from service
  • Handles staff posting, redeployment and general discipline
  • Handles staff nominal roll,leave matters and inputs for promotion exercise.
  • Undertakes staff welfare matter including retirement benefits
