- Opening, keeping and updating of establishment records and other entitlements of staff
- Supervise salary administration, allowances and other entitlements of staff
- Facilitates interpretation and implementation of approved establishment rules, regulation and condition of service
- Handles transfer of service, resignation, withdrawal and retirement from service
- Handles staff posting, redeployment and general discipline
- Handles staff nominal roll,leave matters and inputs for promotion exercise.
- Undertakes staff welfare matter including retirement benefits
