Timothy Siya Kwabuggi is an Indigene of Adamawa State from Michika Local Government Area. Born on the 15th May 1968 in Warinki District of Michika.
The Officer was employed by Adamawa State Polytechnic, Yola on 3rd April, 1994. He rose through normal promotion to the Rank of Chief Lecturer.
In his Academic career, Mr. Timothy attended Jiddel Primary School, Michika from 1978-1983, Government Secondary School, Michika from 1983-1987, Adamawa State Polytechnic, Yola, from 1996, University of Maiduguri, Maiduguri from 1987-1992 and Federal University of Technology, Yola from 2000-2006.
The officer holds Master of Science Operations Research from Federal University of Technology, Yola (M.SC, O.R), Bachelor of Science, Statistics (B.SC, Statistics)
From University of Maiduguri, Higher Certificate in Computer Science from Adamawa State Polytechnic, Yola, West African Examinations Council (GCE) and Primary School Leaving Certificate.
He has the following working experience; Lecturer, Kwara State College of Education, Ilorin from 1992-1993, Lecturer, Adamawa State Polytechnic from 1994 to date, Secretary Michika Local Government, 2007, Coordinator MDG’s Adamawa state, 2014, Acting Director College of science and Technology from 2013-2014, College Director, Adamawa State Polytechnic from 2014-2018, Deputy Rector, Adamawa State Polytechnic, Yola from 2018- date, Member Adamawa state Polytechnic, and Governing Council from 2015-date and Director Academic Planning (DAP), Adamawa State Polytechnic, Yola from August, 2022 to date.
